Terms of Use
Effective November 2, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of cidevents.com (the "Site"), operated by Consider It Done Events ("Consider It Done," "CID," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information on the Site
The Site provides general information about our event planning, keynote speaker, DJ and related services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but descriptions, availability and prices (including prices for books and fundraiser items) may change without notice, and the Site may contain errors or omissions. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer.
Inquiries and event services
Submitting an information request, calling or emailing us does not create a contract or reserve a date. Any event services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between you and Consider It Done, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Testimonials describe individual clients' experiences; results for your event may differ.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Submit false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms
- Send spam, malware or automated submissions, or attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
- Copy, scrape or republish Site content except as permitted below
Intellectual property
The text, design, logos, photographs and other content on the Site are owned by Consider It Done or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. "Consider It Done" and our logo are our marks. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our written permission. Photographs credited to third parties (such as Jim Johnson Photography) belong to their owners.
Links to other websites
The Site links to third-party websites, including partners listed on our Useful Links page. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, products or services, or their privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse everything on that site.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consider It Done and its owners, staff and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not change the terms of any separate service agreement you sign with us.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Consider It Done from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Skagit County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
